As Quartier de Luxe’s Chairperson, she leads a team that renders dynamic, bespoke, and performative realty solutions. Being a RERA Certified Realtor, Vinita possesses a mammoth of verified knowledge, allowing her to excel in end-use products and investable assets.

Her distinctive eye for contemporary detail and profitable assets makes her the perfect estate advisor in the market. She believes in providing solutions that cultivate growth with the promise of redefining luxury to fit her clients.

MADHUR KAKKAR

Investor & Mentor

Madhur is a seasoned financial advisor who has spent over a decade and a half leading business in the markets of international stocks, commodities, currencies, interest rates, bonds, portfolio theories/models, derivatives and exotic options.

These entrepreneurial ventures have been an impetus in his leadership of HNI’s and UHNI’s wealth portfolios and partnerships with A-Class regional regulators as the co-founder of an independent asset advisory and fund management business in Dubai.

Whilst Madhur champions the real-estate advisory dynamics as an investor he continues to trailblaze as a mentor to Quartier de Luxe Holiday Home Rentals, innovating tode-centralize Dubai’s hotel industry.

VIKAS DHINGRA

Managing Director

Vikas brings with him over 20 years of professional experience in banking, financial markets encompassing wealth management, private banking and offshore investments.

He specialises in handling UHNI, corporates, and institutional clients, boasting an outstanding track record of assisting them with financial market investments, financial planning and management.

Beyond his financial acumen and extensive market knowledge in real estate, coupled with a holiday home in the UAE, Vikas, as Quartier de Luxe’s Managing Director, leads a dynamic team and oversees all aspects of the business.

Chief Operations Officer

As an experienced real estate specialist, Arun brings his clients an extensive range of knowledge, allowing them to have profitable and customised solutions.

Being the COO at Quartier de Luxe, and over his decade-long career in UAE real estate, he has created a growing network, making him an expert in the market that maintains excellent customer service and a driver of success.

His specialisation in primary markets makes him an ace in qualifying the most thriving projects for investors. Arun believes in catering to his clients with a luxurious outlook and strives to add real value to their estate portfolios.

SIMRAN CHIBBER

Business strategist

With an entrepreneurial vision and a contemporary education in International Business, Simran configures the strategic and business development facets of Quartier de Luxe.

Simran’s value system is grounded on the motto “learn, unlearn and re-learn”. With this attitude, she collaborates with industry partners to monitor market trends and customer insights: creating a sustainable and growth-oriented realty and holiday homes approach.

Her global ventures traversing the United Kingdom, Amsterdam and Singapore clubbed with her long-spanning local experiences in Dubai allow her to dive deep into multiple cultures and be attuned to different environments.

TARUN DHINGRA

Operations Manager

Tarun is at the forefront of Quartier de Luxe’s Holiday Homes. With his vast experience in security and events, he has acquired the perfect management skills as an Operations Manager.

His deep understanding of Dubai’s tourism and entertainment industry has allowed him to be a connoisseur of guest relations and customer service. This ensures guests find qualitative and quantitative value in Quartier de Luxe’s short-stay offering.

Tarun remains committed to ensuring holiday homeowners are serviced with exceeding profitable and superior returns and hassle-free financial and operational management of their Dubai estate investments.

DARSHIKA SHAH

Admin & Office Manager

Darshika’s many years of professional expertise allow her to bring in knowledge and skills aligned to realty services in the UAE.

Her robust understanding of real estate combined with her previous experiences in the travel and tourism industry ensures she understands the market comprehensively. As Quartier de Luxe’s Office Manager, Darshika excels in property transactions, conveyance and procedural processes.

She administers both off-plan and ready inventory in the primary and secondary markets, making her an ideal point of contact for Dubai’s real-estate data. Darshika values continuous learning, and innovation and advocates for shared growth enjoyed between clients and the company.
