With over 15 years of experience in the investment and financial advisory market in UAE, Vinita spearheads Quartier de Luxe with her enterprising skills and expansive network.

As Quartier de Luxe’s Chairperson, she leads a team that renders dynamic, bespoke, and performative realty solutions. Being a RERA Certified Realtor, Vinita possesses a mammoth of verified knowledge, allowing her to excel in end-use products and investable assets.

Her distinctive eye for contemporary detail and profitable assets makes her the perfect estate advisor in the market. She believes in providing solutions that cultivate growth with the promise of redefining luxury to fit her clients.

MADHUR KAKKAR

Madhur is a seasoned financial advisor who has spent over a decade and a half leading business in the markets of international stocks, commodities, currencies, interest rates, bonds, portfolio theories/models, derivatives and exotic options.

These entrepreneurial ventures have been an impetus in his leadership of HNI’s and UHNI’s wealth portfolios and partnerships with A-Class regional regulators as the co-founder of an independent asset advisory and fund management business in Dubai.

Whilst Madhur champions the real-estate advisory dynamics as an investor he continues to trailblaze as a mentor to Quartier de Luxe Holiday Home Rentals, innovating tode-centralize Dubai’s hotel industry.

Tarun is at the forefront of Quartier de Luxe’s Holiday Homes. With his vast experience in security and events, he has acquired the perfect management skills as an Operations Manager.

His deep understanding of Dubai’s tourism and entertainment industry has allowed him to be a connoisseur of guest relations and customer service. This ensures guests find qualitative and quantitative value in Quartier de Luxe’s short-stay offering.

Tarun remains committed to ensuring holiday homeowners are serviced with exceeding profitable and superior returns and hassle-free financial and operational management of their Dubai estate investments.

DARSHIKA SHAH

Human Resources

Darshika’s many years of professional expertise allow her to bring in knowledge and skills aligned to realty services in the UAE.

Her robust understanding of real estate combined with her previous experiences in the travel and tourism industry ensures she understands the market comprehensively. As Quartier de Luxe’s Office Manager, Darshika excels in property transactions, conveyance and procedural processes.

She administers both off-plan and ready inventory in the primary and secondary markets, making her an ideal point of contact for Dubai’s real-estate data. Darshika values continuous learning, and innovation and advocates for shared growth enjoyed between clients and the company.
